My Experience with ADOT ECD: Expert Guidance on Understanding CFR 49 Regulations and Navigation of the Epro System

My name is Cameron. I worked with ADOT ECD at the Topock Port of Entry for nine years, CVSA-certified inspector for seven and a half (certification still valid). I am an expert in using the ADOT Epro permit system and highly qualified to handle CVSA/FMCSA inquiries. I possess extensive knowledge of the following; 32-step inspection process, Hours of Service rules, Out of Service criteria, DOT registration, Port of Entry Operations, Scale Systems (Prepass, Drivewyze).

Throughout my years of service, I received numerous complaints from company/carriers and drivers regarding difficulties with the permit system such as;weight regulations, oversize restrictions,mapping issues and type of permit required. I also addressed many questions about CVSA violations (DVER reports), documentation requirements,ELD COMPLIANCE, ELP testing,and vehicle defect guidance.

I see this as a great opportunity to provide valuable support to carriers and drivers, helping to make challenging situations easier to navigate and less stressful, ultimately enhancing highway public safety. I am committed to working diligently to efficiently process permits and effectively answer all CVSA-related questions.Currently, assistance provided is State of Arizona focused only. Expansion into other areas is being looked into once the business sees growth.
